Prof. Dr. med. Karl-friedrich Hamann
He is a specialist in otolaryngology and a recognized specialist in the field of vertigo medicine. In addition to his work as chief physician of the Department of Vertigo and Balance Disorders, he is a university professor at the Technical University of Munich. He is a sought-after speaker on topics related to vertigo, offering continuing education courses and holding informational events.
After studying medicine at the Free University of Berlin and the University of Heidelberg, he began his clinical work at the Mannheim Hospital and the University of Heidelberg. There, he completed his residency and worked as a senior physician.
After completing his research and clinical work in Paris at the Institut de Neurophysiologie Sensorielle, he worked for several years as a senior physician at the Rechts der Isar Hospital.
Since 2010, Prof. Hamann has been the chief physician of the Department of Dizziness and Balance Disorders at the MVZ Bogenhausen of the ENT Clinic Dr. Gaertner.
